Sensationalist Theory

Wonder what TWO readers make of this Anderson Cooper story on CNN this morning. Cooper makes the point often in this one that there are always a lot of crazy conspiracy stories out there following tragedies like Sandy Hook in Newtown, CT. He goes on to say that he does not want to dignify the arguments of conspiracy theorists who are claiming that the shootings were a government conspiracy designed to get the country in a gun control state of mind.  The focus of Cooper's report is a tenured professor at Florida Atlantic University.

Cooper says, essentially,  that he is doing this story because this particular conspiracy theorist teaches at a public university and is paid with tax payer dollars.

So what if he's a tenured professor?  Watch this report and let us know if you think this guy is any less crazy than those other crazies out there. And whether or not Cooper is stooping to sensationalism.

This report is almost eleven minutes long. I wonder if Anderson Cooper devoted as much total air time to either the Benghazi or the Fast and Furious story.

I think James Tracy is probably enjoying a good laugh with his associates in the FAU Communications Department. At Cooper's expense.

I'f get you two a room, but they're expensive out here.

Why don't you two get together for a round of golf? You probably live within 20 minutes of each other.
